In 2017, 12,447 cases received antiretroviral treatment, which covered 54% of all HIV-positive people.

Purpose of the campaign: Sensitization of the population, especially vulnerable groups, on how to transmit, prevent, test and treat HIV / AIDS and promote healthy behaviors related to their own sexual life.

The objectives of the campaign: unconditional access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and social support; reduce the number of people infected with HIV; information and education of the population, in particular groups at risk of HIV / AIDS, fight against stigma and discrimination related to HIV / AIDS.

In Vaslui County, activities will be carried out by the health assessment and promotion sector: by distributing IEC materials on HIV / AIDS, by organizing seminars on HIV / AIDS. adopting healthy behavior and informing the target population about HIV / AIDS.
