PSD President Liviu Dragnea announced on Monday that he will not participate in the reception offered on the occasion of Romania's National Day, to be held at the Cotroceni Palace, organized by Klaus Iohannis.
"I do not do it," said Liviu Dragnea, asking him if he would attend the December 1 reception at Cotroceni Palace.
Liviu Dragnea did not appear publicly last year at the December 1st parade.
