Gerard Depardieu is accused of rape and sexual assault by an actress. The complaint against Depardieu, aged 69, was filed at the end of August. The facts allegedly took place at the home of the actor, in the center of Paris on 7 and 13 August.
"Gerard Depardieu absolutely disputes any aggression or villa.I regret the public nature of this procedure, which is a major harm to Depardieu, whose innocence, I am convinced, will be recognized," told AFP, the actor Hervé Temime.
