Romanian television announced Thursday in an advisory on the dissemination of confidential information from commercial contracts concluded by SRTv that it was going to conduct a complex administrative investigation and would ask those who published the amounts spent for the Golden Stag Festival 2018 to reveal their sources.

News.ro recalls: "Recently, a series of confidential commercial information has been disseminated in the public space in contracts or agreements entered into by SRTv with its partners, taking into account the fact that such actions represent a risk legal basis for SRTv, and taking into account the legal and regulatory provisions in force, the management of public television will urgently launch a complex administrative investigation to identify those responsible for the disclosure of confidential information to third parties ".

In addition, the representatives of Romanian television "will inform the publications having disseminated confidential information requesting the disclosure of sources, motivated by the legal exhibition of the SRTv" and the Romanian television company will initiate a real criminal action concerning the offenses of service.
Several newspapers and websites published this month the amounts spent by Romanian television for the Golden Stag Festival, which took place at the end of August. Thus, a table of companies, benefits and amounts collected has been made public. These include artists 'fees, trophies, the concept of scenography and the rental of caravans for artists' cabins, as well as video and caretaking services.
