The actor who gave life to the character Cliff Barnes, the rival of JR Ewing, in the famous Dallas series, went to the village Sunday night at the age of 83.
Ken Kercheval played Cliff Barnes for 14 seasons in the phenomenon and also played in the new "Dallas" in 2012.
Larry Hagman (JR Ewing) and Ken Kercheval were the only two actors to have played throughout the show from 1978 to 1991.
In 1994, the actor had been diagnosed with cancer and had been extracted from a lung.
