Japanese prosecutors want Carlos Ghosn, the former president of Nissan, accused of financial fraud, to confess his blame, told Reuters Anthony Ghosn, 24, son of a businessman.
Ghosn is in a detention center in Tokyo after his arrest on November 19 for failing to properly report his income from Nissan Motor and transferring the losses of his personal investment to his company. Ghosn denies the allegations.
Authorities did not allow Anthony Ghosn to see his father. According to him, the former head of the alliance Renault Nissan lost 10 pounds by eating three bowls of rice a day in detention.
When asked if his father spoke Japanese, Anthony Ghosn responded with the opinion. "The paradox is that the statement that prosecutors want to sign is written only in Japanese."

The arrest of Ghosn marked a dramatic fall for a respected businessman to have saved Nissan's bankruptcy.
The former executive director is treated in detention just like the rest of the detainees in a small cold room. During the interrogation, he was not assisted by a lawyer.
The detention of Ghosn revealed details of the Japanese judicial system which, according to the experts, forces the suspects to confess. The Tokyo Deputy Prosecutor's Office, Shin Kukimoto, said last month that such methods were not used in the case of Ghosn.
Anthony Ghosn said that his father's lawyer had not yet fully reviewed the file. "From what I understand, in the Japanese system, when a person is detained, the prosecutor gradually reveals the elements at his disposal. Whenever my father communicates this information to his lawyers."
Ghosn is scheduled to appear in public for the first time in seven weeks in a Tokyo court after a public hearing. "For the first time, he will be able to respond to the charges against him," Ghosn said, adding that his father would appear in jail and be handcuffed.
