Online registration: competition of commercial ideas for Romanian students and high schools, allocation of a total amount of 150 000 euros – Financing

Romanian students and high school students can register online for a business ideas competition with a total prize of € 150,000 and travel to international business competitions, announced Thursday. Junior Achievement Organization (JA) Romania call StartupCafe.ro.

Students and students can sign up for Business Plan Challenge 2019 in the period November 23, 2018 – 25 years old. 2019completing the registration form by a single member of the team. The registration form is available RIGHT HERE.

In the section Students are invited to register:

• JA pilot companies, developed in the JA Mini-company program
• Businesses of exercises
• Teachers trained in class by the teacher during entrepreneurial education classes

Students are invited to register teams of 2 to 6 students (aged 19 to 30 as of August 1, 2019) enrolled for the 2018-2019 academic year in a public or private educational institution in Romania. .
When registering, the following materials must be loaded in advance:

• A PowerPoint presentation of the business idea (using the given template, APPENDIX A.2), also demonstrating to potential investors that they mastered basic business knowledge through the JA Entrepreneurship program.
• Video presentation of up to 2 minutes highlighting potential investors, the strength of the company and some data relating to the team.

The selected ones will be able to receive:

• 1st prize – Seed Money Award
• Prizes 1, 2 and 3 – Scholarship for free participation in the JA Company of the Year 2019 National Final.

In addition, at the competition JA Company of the Year 2019, the prizes won are:

• Grand prize of the company of the year 2018 – Students
• Scholarship for the free participation of the winning team (maximum three members and coordinating teacher) at the final of the European Society of the Year 2019 – students section – 4-6 July 2019, Lille, France
• Grand prize of the company of the year 2018 – Students
• Scholarship for the free participation of the winning team (maximum three members and coordinating teacher) in the final of the European Enterprise Challenge – Students section – 24-26 June 2019, Oslo, Norway,
• The price of the investment of the year ($ 5,000),
• 10 special awards (scholarships, internships, objects) for each of the 10 industries where the products / services of students and students are located,
• Seed Money Award.
