More than 10 years ago, Skoda introduced its first Scout model based on the second generation of Octavia. Since then, the Scout family has also included a Kodiaq. Now the manufacturer Mlada Boleslav adds a third member to the launch of Karoq Scout
Like the other two models, it is characterized by a body and more robust wheels. Customers will be able to purchase the Karouq Scout with a 1.5-liter TSI petrol engine delivering 150 horsepower or a 2.0-liter TDI with 150 or 140 horsepower (140 kW).
The gearbox includes a six-speed manual and a seven-speed automatic dual clutch, DSG being offered for the most powerful diesel unit. The Skoda Karoq Scout will be offered as standard with AWD.
To distinguish it from other versions of Karoq, Skoda gave Scout money. The most versatile member of the SUV family is equipped with 18-inch wheels but also available with an optional 19-inch wheelset.
Inside, a combination of black and brown was applied while the seats are equipped with the inscription "Scout". Skoda Karoq Scout will be exhibited at the Paris Salon in October
