Romania SA does not seem to be tempting for those looking for a job. Only 32% of Romanian employees would submit their curriculum vitae, while 42% said they could apply for a vacant position. Instead, 26% would not be interested in working in such an enterprise.
Of those who would hire Romania SA, only 5% would be interested in the post of president and 12% would like to become prime minister. Only 3% would prefer the post of President of the Chamber of Deputies. Nor is it of great interest for ministerial functions. 5.6% would like to be Minister of Finance and 7.5% Minister of Justice.
Ask what are the expectations and what would change in the company. Most of them think of education and invest in the modernization of schools. Two in ten would allocate higher amounts to investment in hospitals and nearly 14% would give more money to highways.
Employees of Romania SA were asked about who would decide whether they were CEOs, that is, prime minister. 13.7% would dismiss the president. Most would, however, target the head of the Chamber of Deputies: 30%. The Minister of Justice: 13.7% and the Minister of Finance: 8.6.
Romania SA does not seem at all attractive, the "foreign" companies stand out. 42% of respondents would leave the country, 43.7% would consider this option, while only 14 would still be looking for a job here.
