The court of Chisinau has suspended the order of the ANRE to increase fuel prices

The Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure and the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance have today filed an additional claim challenging the order number. 66 of 10.07.2018, issued by the National Energy Regulatory Agency, which provides for the increase of the ceiling price of fuels (with 39 bani for a liter of gasoline and 25 bani for a liter of gas oil).

Concomitantly, requested that she be suspended until an irrevocable judgment was rendered in the civil proceedings brought against the petition filed on 12.06.2018 . Thus, by order of the Court of Appeal of Chisinau (headquarters of Buiucani) dated 10.07.2018, the ordinance no. 66 of July 10, 2018.

Bearing in mind that the claim for legal action corresponds to the legal requirements regarding the requirements submitted to the plaintiff when filed in court, as well as the fact that it exists in this case sufficient grounds for suspending the impugned act, the court decided to grant the application by ordering the suspension of the impugned administrative act

"Rejection of the applicants' application by not applying the required insurance measures, with suspension of the execution of the disputed administrative act, in contradiction with the socio-economic interests of the company and its members, including including the end consumers', is mentioned at the end of the Chişinău Court of Appeal (Buiucani headquarters)

The execution of the Chişinău District Court is immediately enforced but may be challenged with appeal to the Court of Appeal il Chişin ău, within 15 days of the communication.
