The first 30 Otokar buses, bought by the City Hall and delivered to STB SA, will arrive from December 1. The 30 Otokar buses will provide 302 buses (10 meters long), 336 and 601 (12 meters long buses) and lines 780 and 783 connecting Henri Coanda International Airport. (with articulated buses with a length of 18 meters).
Then, upon receipt of the new buses, they will be put into circulation according to the table on the lines located in the central area. By the end of 2018, the new turquoise buses will also be visible on lines 124, 137, 261, 682 and 781.

According to the delivery schedule, the first 100 units will arrive in Bucharest by the end of the year and, next year, the remaining 300 buses will arrive. The value of the transaction is 100 million euros plus VAT. The buses are of three types according to the routes they will take: 320 buses of 12 m, 50 buses of 10.7 m and 30 buses of 18.
The new buses benefit from GPS technology, which allows traffic to circulate and provides passengers with information on waiting times and the route of the stations.
