Rotten Tomatoes audiences ignore ‘Fauci’ documentary

National Geographic’s new documentary on Dr Anthony Fauci has been overlooked by audiences at Rotten Tomatoes, despite overwhelmingly positive reviews from professional critics.

Directed by John Hoffman and Janet Tobias, “Fauci” has been in select theaters since September 10 and began airing October 6 on Disney +. The film features interviews with Fauci as well as his wife Christine and daughter Jenny. Numbers ranging from former President George W. Bush and Susan Rice to Bill Gates and Bono also weigh in.

Rotten Tomatoes, which aggregates reviews from professional critics and online users, clearly lacked audience reviews for “Fauci.” Since Sunday, the only public scrutiny was from “Justin B.,” which gave the film two and a half stars out of five.
