Giuliani went on to say that he had used a “rag” to put his brain back in place. His doctor told him that when he did this it “rejuvenated my brain.”

After photos of Giuliani were released online at the press conference, a number of commentators took to social media to discuss the drip, many speculating that the incident was caused by poor work. hair dye.
