According to the Twitter user Dr. HyperCake, Joker of Persona 5, the first paid DLC character of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, has seen its milestone revealed by datamining.

A tweet from Dr. HyperCake shows that the string "J.a.c.k ._. M.e.n.e.n.t.o.s. "Was found in the scene database and corresponds to the string format used for the other steps. It is also said that Jack would be the code name of Joker's development.

This means that it would seem that the Joker stage in Smash will be a form of Mementos, the tiered keep of Persona 5, influenced by the collective consciousness of humanity.
It makes sense that the Joker scene is the dungeon that continues throughout the game, as opposed to a specific level. Personally, I predict a lot of magic subways crossing the level.
