Rumor: Super Nintendo World Rides and Layout Potentially Revealed in "Leaked" Images

[ad_1]

As part of Nintendo's goal to maximize the potential of its beloved franchises, a "Super Nintendo World" theme park is expected to open next year at Universal Studios Japan. You may already be aware of this, but these new images may have simply allowed us to take a first, faithful look at the future of the park.

The images come from the Unofficial Universal Orlando podcast, which claims to have "spotted these revealed conceptual models" for the new attraction. The images apparently date from 2016, which means that the park's designs might have changed slightly since then, but there are some pretty interesting things to note if they are really the real deal.

This vast Mario themed area has a Mario Kart attraction on the back (which has already been confirmed), a Toadstool cafe in the center and a Yoshi attraction on the right. Looks like the entire area has been removed from Super Mario 3D World, and looks a lot like a model that was published some time ago.

The excitement continues however with this third image showing a region of Donkey Kong. We can see a ride on Minecart Madness & # 39; traversing the back half of the park, a recreation of the Funky Kong aircraft in front and what could potentially turn out to be a magnificent waterfall in the back. It seems to take on the appearance and style of the Donkey Kong Country Returns Games.

Nintendo hopes that the park will be open by the beginning of the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. We hope to receive an official and comprehensive report soon.
