Lamarcus Joyner plans to sign a four-year contract with the Oakland Raiders, said a source to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

After the Los Angeles Rams and Joyner were unable to reach a long-term deal, he played last season on the franchise label and earned $ 11.28 million. He intercepted a pass and ranked third in the team with 78 tackles.

The agreement between the Raiders and Joyner comes just two days after the team agreed to an agreement with the Pittsburgh Steelers All-Pro receiver for the Antonio Pro. Oakland will give Brown a three-year contract worth up to $ 54.125 million, with $ 30.125 million guaranteed, a source told Schefter.

The Rams selected Joyner from the state of Florida in the second round (41st overall) of the 2014 project.

Joyner, weighing 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 191 pounds, played mainly as cornerback for three seasons before defensive coordinator Wade Phillips put him on the line in 2017.

In five seasons, Joyner, 28, has four interceptions, including one touchdown, 25 deviations per pass and five sacks.

Lindsey Thiry of ESPN contributed to this report.
