Owners of Samsung Galaxy S10, a fairly important update is waiting for you now.
Samsung advocates an update of the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 + which enhances the built-in fingerprint sensor on the screen. The update is a small one, with only 6.9MB, but many Reddit users who have already installed it say that their built-in fingerprint sensor is much improved after the update. "Much better for me now, I've read my fingerprints and thought it was worth it – much faster!" wrote a Redditor.
The update will push your biometric data back to 2.0.8.4. If you're not already on this version, be on the lookout for this update to apply to your S10 or S10 + in the coming days.
Samsung also seems to be launching a larger software update for its unlocked Galaxy S10, S10 + and S10e models. The updates are over 500 MB in size and include Android security patches on March 1, 2019, along with performance and stability improvements and bug fixes.
