San Antonio Spurs goalie DeMar DeRozan said “everything is fine” with him and his family after an intruder entered their home while they were at home more than two weeks ago.

TMZ reported that on November 19, DeRozan heard a commotion in a part of the Los Angeles-area family home that included one of his children. When DeRozan checked it, he found the intruder and chased the man from his home, according to TMZ.

Justin Bergquist was arrested on his return to the gated community, with TMZ reporting the man told police he was looking for Kylie Jenner’s house, not DeRozan’s.

DeRozan played down the gravity of the situation.

“I grew up in Compton, Calif.,” DeRozan said Saturday. “I have lived worse.”
