Breast cancer drug increases the risk of infection!

An Irish study found that a drug used to treat breast cancer by thousands of women increases the risk of developing uterine cancer.

The researchers found that taking tamoxifen for 10 years instead of the standard of basic treatment increased the risk of endometrial cancer by 1.5% to 3.5%.

Previous research suggests that tamoxifen inhibits estrogen from stimulating breast cancer growth. It can be given as a treatment or preventive medicine to people with a family history of the disease.

Although the drug obscures the work of estrogen in breast tissue, it works as a hormone in the uterus, increasing the risk of cancer of its belly.

Researchers at the St. Vincent Hospital Group in Dublin analyzed four studies examining the link between endometrial cancer in women who took tamoxifen for 10 years.

The results published in the British Journal of Surgery also suggest that taking the drug for 5 years increases the risk by 2%.

According to the American Cancer Society, tamoxifen causes cancer of the uterus in about one in every 500 women.

The risk of endometrial cancer can be reduced when it 's over. a breast cancer drug, tamoxifen, is maintained by maintaining a healthy weight, eating well, exercising regularly, and controlling the sugar level if necessary.

Signs include infection, abnormal bleeding during menstruation, unusual pelvic pain, difficulty urinating, and pain during intercourse.
