US sports champion Kikan Randall, Olympic champion of cross-country skateboarding, Breast Cancer, according to social media reported Wednesday.
In a reference to his illness, Randall, 35, writes in the social networking journal Twitter: "Pink has taken a new chapter in my life after being diagnosed.I have breast cancer."
She added, "Although we have discovered the disease early and the expectations are good, my time will change slightly over the next few months."
Randall and teammate Jessica DeGenz won the gold medal at the PyeongChang Winter Games to win the first US cross-country medal in Olympic history.
