Seattle Seahawks veteran tight end Greg Olsen left the 28-21 win over the visiting Arizona Cardinals Thursday night with what the team feared is a broken left foot, the coach said Pete Carroll.

Olsen fell in obvious pain without being contacted with about 11 and a half minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. He was helped off the field without putting any weight on his leg and was led into the medical tent. Olsen was ultimately ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Olsen, 35, signed a one-year, $ 7 million contract with the Seahawks in February after spending the previous nine seasons with the Carolina Panthers. He has suffered a foot injury in recent seasons.

Olsen made two catches for 20 yards on Thursday night. He entered the game with 21 catches for 204 yards and one touchdown.

He signed an agreement to become a television analyst for Fox once he retires.
