Royal Air Maroc has just renewed its partnership with the "Ecrans Noirs" association for another three years (from 2018 to 2020) and consolidates its position as official carrier of the prestigious eponymous cultural event of the same name.
The signing ceremony was chaired this Friday, July 13, 2018 in Yaoundé by Owona Grégoire, president of the association Ecrans Noirs and Minister of Labor and Social Security and Othmane Bekkari director of the client center of Royal Air Maroc.
The 22nd edition of the film festival "Ecrans Noirs" will take place from 13 to 20 July 2018, in Yaoundé and Douala in Cameroon. This edition will focus on a strong and committed theme, "cinema and politics in Africa". The sponsorship of this world-class event clearly demonstrates the ambitions of the Moroccan company to be "the wings of Africa."
As official carrier of the 2018 edition of the "Ecrans Noirs" festival Royal Air Maroc is committed to actively participate in the holding and smooth running of this continental meeting.

Some 70 films are in selection for this 22nd edition. Several African countries and other Maghreb countries and other French-speaking regions of the world are competing this year. In addition to the screening of the films, the festival-goers will have the right to training sessions and conferences-debates planned in the two festival sites: Yaounde the capital, and Douala the economic metropolis.
Founded in 1997 by the association " Ecrans Noirs ", the eponymous festival aims to promote and promote African cinemas. This international meeting quickly became a privileged framework for the diffusion and promotion of African and Francophone cinema in the Central Africa subregion.
