Rare images of a surviving man alone in the Amazon

The man is known as the "native man in the hole". He would be in his fifties and in excellent health. He would be the only survivor of a group of six people killed in 1995. In the 1970s and 1980s, the individuals who appropriated the land killed and expropriated the indigenous population of this region.
