Niamey – The 20th Ordinary Session of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) was held Monday, July 30, 2018, Lom, Togo, under the chairmanship of the Head of State of Côte d'Ivoire , HE Mr. Alassane Dramane Ouattara, President-in-Office of the Union.
