SORO Kigbafori Guillaume, President of the National Assembly of Côte d'Ivoire, also Honorary President of the Rally for Côte d'Ivoire (RACI) was informed of the tragic death of Mr. SORO Kognon, student, member of the RACI -Young people at a peaceful rally in Korhogo on Saturday, July 7th, 2018.
M. Soro Kigbafori William from Canada bows respectfully on the remains of this murdered young man in the full exercise of his constitutional rights. He expresses his deepest sympathies to the RACI and its President, offers his condolences to the grieving family and assures them of his support in this painful ordeal.
