HOW CA MARCHE?
The participants who must have turned 16 and stay in France Metropolitan or Dom-Tom can address their films of a maximum duration of 3 min 30 until September 12, 2018 and register on the site www.filmetonquartier.fr by filling the form and the url of their video posted on YouTube.
The winners will be revealed on October 15, 2018,
