Since June, Jamie Foxx was the subject of a complaint filed by a young woman. The latter accused the actor of having sexually assaulted her in 2002. The judges have just rendered their decision.

Dirty time for actors and filmmakers who, since the scabrous revelations of the Harvey Weinstein affair, fall one by one. Kevin Spacey, Morgan Freeman or Ben Affleck and Dustin Hoffman, the list is long and continues to lengthen. And recently, it's the name of Jamie Foxx added to it. Katie Holmes' companion – who seems to prefer the company of other young women at the moment – is the subject of a complaint filed last June for sexual assault.

The facts date back to 2002. At a party in Las Vegas, the 50-year-old actor allegedly forced his alleged victim to give him a blowjob before striking her face with her sex after the young woman refused . The complainant would have been driven to the exit, as reported by TMZ.

Still according to the American site, the hero of Django Unchained will not be prosecuted, the limitation period being largely exceeded. A relief for Jamie Foxx who had been hiding his innocence through his attorney Allison Hart: " Jamie categorically denies that this incident took place. […] The alleged incident was never reported to the police in 2002 or at any other time in the last 16 years […] because the incident never occurred. The story does not say whether the comedian, who wanted to make a complaint, has taken legal action.
