Thus, the site has about 316,000 candidates registered on its platform, which generated no less than 775,000 applications, and nearly 1,500 users-recruiters.

In Morocco, the performances were also at the rendezvous. The company is positioned as a "challenger" with more than 273,000 applications registered in one year, more than 140,000 candidates registered on the platform including 70,000 assets on a monthly basis. In addition, "nearly 500 recruiters trust Novojob and use its platform to disseminate job offers and facilitate their recruitment process."
With its recruiting management software "Talenteo" launched simultaneously in its countries of presence, Novojob said to have obtained a satisfaction rate higher than 95%. Note that the company is preparing to launch, before the end of the year, a new mobile and multilingual version of its solution.
