During this meeting, Mr. Abdelmoumni, who also chairs the Board of Directors of the Mutual General Staff of Public Administrations Morocco – (MGPAP), exposed the Moroccan vision in the field of mutuality, a strong vision of a rooted experience and since 2005, with the introduction of the compulsory health insurance scheme (AMO) and the implementation of the Medical Assistance Plan for the Poor (RAMED) which mainly targets the most vulnerable and low-income people. returned. Therefore, the mutuality insures the complementary coverage of the Moroccan citizens based only on the contributions of the members whereas the State contributes to the basic obligatory health cover.

From there, Mr. Abdelmoumni presented the experiment the MGPAP in bringing administrative and health benefits closer to its members and their beneficiaries through the regionalization of the services offered, the facilitation of access to medical care, the diversification and development of benefits and the reduction of the burden spending on households, modernization of the administration and development of human capital, sustainability of financial viability, strengthening of the legal framework and leadership of MGPAP in the national, regional and international mutual system. 19659002] million. The "Amal" centers are intended for children and adolescents from 5 to 21 years old. They set up educational and pedagogical projects aiming at inclusive education and the acquisition of autonomy thanks to all the medical, paramedical, educational and pedagogical means adapted to allow the child a development and an evolution in taking into account his abilities and putting a multidisciplinary team at his service.

Ms. Santos Pais described as "important" such centers that provide learning for children with special needs and a teaching adapted to their situation , declaring itself ready to support these institutions at all levels (financial and logistic) and to support the actions undertaken within the framework of the mutuality.
