The party is in full swing at Tomorrowland who does not forget Avicii (photos and videos)

L he British dance pioneer Carl Cox, like last year, had the honor to kick off this 14th edition of Tomorroland on the main podium.

This year again the 400,000 tickets went sold in no time.

The main podium, a huge construction site, is decorated this year with the theme of underwater life, with a giant golden shell at its center.

The Ghent DJ Charlotte de Witte came in second place, around 14h50, just arrived from Poland.

Later in the evening, the festival acde large sizes of the dance like Tiësto and Steve Aoki. Hiphop lovers will also be spoiled on Friday with the planned performances, on the podium "Organ of Harmony", Coely, Lil Pump, French Montana or DJ Jazzy Jeff, famous for his collaboration with Will Smith for the song of introduction of "Prince of Bel-Air".

The big missing Tomorrowland this year is of course the late DJ Avicii. To show that the festival did not forget him, he had his own little monument on the festival site.
