For infrastructure issues, the Ivorian State intends to mobilize more than 3,500 billion FCFA of public and private funds under the National Development Program (PND, 2016-2020) to carry out major structuring works.

This 4th bridge, 1,400 meters long, also goes into the commune of Adam, in the North of Abidjan. According to the forecasts, more than 70,000 vehicles should use this bridge every day. It was launched more than three years after the 3rd Bridge named after the former head of state Henri Konan Bdi.
