This Safari extension opens the current page in another browser

Open another Browser [1.0 – US – Gratuit – macOS 10.12 – groosoft] is a Safari extension that has a rather explicit name: it allows you to open the current page in another browser. By default, you can choose in the settings between Chrome, Firefox or Opera, but any app can be selected. You can select a beta version of these web browsers, or even another app, as long as it can open URLs.

The app associated with the extension is only used to select the browser (foreground). In Safari, we see only one icon, here just to the left of the URL bar.

In use, the extension works as well as you would expect. There were already many ways to go from Safari to another browser, which is sometimes useful for various reasons for several years. You do not have to spend much time in Chrome for content that stays in Flash, but some sites get better in Google's or Mozilla's browser. This extension is free and with its button in the menu bar, it is very easy to access.

Open another Browser requires macOS 10.12 at least, it is not translated into French and it is proposed only on the Mac App Store.
