The Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic will host a formal reception at the Cetinje July 13, State Day of Montenegro
.The legislative, executive and judicial authorities, political, scientific, cultural, economic and sports life as well as the diplomatic corps were announced.
The reception will have held at the Blue Palace of Cetinje and will begin in 20 lessons.
State Day is marked as a sign of forgiveness on July 13, 1878 when Montenegro was recognized as an independent state at the Berlin Congress and on July 13 1941, when the Montenegrin people began to rise up against fascism
