"This is useful for patients with specific medical needs, but this is by no means a first step toward the legalization of cannabis for recreational purposes "David said.

The British minister said he consulted the coaches before making the decision.
"Cannabis for therapeutic purposes on prescription is to improve the lives of people suffering from pain, there is nothing to do but see your redness as you suffer," David said.
