The combination of cigarettes and coffee immediately after waking and before breakfast has a very bad effect on arterial health, but also on cardiovascular health in general. The Greek team of scientists recently discovered that cigarettes, when eaten at the same time as coffee, cause stiffer arteries than when they are consumed separately. Arterial stiffness complicates the blood circulation.

However, caffeine can not be compared to nicotine by the bad.

– Coffee is not as harmful as a cigarette. Caffeine is an authorized stimulant. I would recommend only to young people who are more sensitive to the effects of caffeine to reduce their coffee to three or four doses a day. Turkish coffee has 60 to 70 milligrams of caffeine, and an espresso of around 100, says Yorga.

The best time for the first coffee is one hour after waking, and preferably after breakfast.
