On this road, 20 bridges will be built on about 5.91 kilometers long, 16 two-pipe tunnels, 17.9 kilometers long. At this moment, the most demanding project is the Moračica bridge. According to Ivan Maretić, a graduate civil engineer employed at Monteput, the company that managed the project, this bridge is crucial on the entire route of the highway.

The Government of Montenegro, after lengthy negotiations, has accepted the offer Chinese companies CCCC and CRBC for the construction of this most difficult part of the highway amounting to 809 million euros. The repayment period of the loan is 20 years, the grace period is six years and the annual interest rate is two percent. The credit for the construction of this road will be returned for 17 years from the construction period, or 13 from the beginning of its operation, showed a socio-economic analysis of the project. It is precisely these days that the Ministry of Finance has announced that 406.7 million euros have been paid to the Chinese up to now. About 3,662 workers are engaged in this activity, a third of whom come from Montenegro and the rest of China and the region.
