The special session of the House of Peoples ended with the adoption of the conclusion that the members of the Commission for the Joint Harmonization of the various texts adopted should, by 31 July at the latest, a concise text of the law to come into force.

The proposal of the delegates was adopted in a different text from that previously adopted by the House of Representatives, which is why harmonization is necessary.
