In 2021, Isaac Rodriguez, 22, was arrested 46 times for theft in a retail business.
During that party, he robbed Walgreen stores at least 37 times, including a store in Queens that he touched at least 23 times.
In total, he was arrested 57 times for crimes, including petty theft and petty theft and assault.
The 22-year-old has been a serial shoplifter since he was 15.
Since the start of his criminal record in 2015, he has racked up 74 offenses, the New York Post reported.
From formula, lotion, lingerie and Dove soap to energy drinks and Sensodyne toothpaste, Rodriguez is said to have stolen from dozens of stores in plain sight.
Police said he usually entered the location targeted for the theft with a bag that he filled with items he deemed practical under the gaze of store managers and employees.
Rodriguez was jailed this summer after bail to capture him was set at $ 15,000 by Queens Criminal Court Judge David Kirschner.
Although his shoplifting record is serial, most of Rodriguez’s offenses were not eligible on bail.

“This guy comes here every day to steal, every day. He comes and he flies, ”the director told The Post.
“We call 911 and make a report, and that’s it. Our company policy is that if someone comes, because of a safety issue, we cannot stop them. There is nothing we can do, ”added the director.
