ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The Tuesday morning deaths of Thomas and Angela Strussion at their Belmont, Ohio home have been ruled as a “Double homicide” Sheriff Dave Lucas said on Wednesday.
During a rally at the sheriff’s department, Lucas identified the victims and said his investigators were treating the deaths as murders.
Lucas said autopsies were being performed Wednesday and Thursday by the county coroner’s office.
“We will do everything possible to come to a resolution of what happened”, Lucas said.
