Venom may have recently served as Guardian of the Galaxy, but it turns out that there is an even more fundamental connection between these two Marvel franchises.

CBR speculated that this Celestial Cup could actually be the same head that eventually becomes Knowhere, the floating space station the guardians of the galaxy sometimes call home. The writer Donny Cates then confirmed via Twitter that the two heads are indeed identical
. It's the second Marvel franchise that Cates and the artist Ryan Stegman have fundamentally linked to Venom's original story this week. Thor's fans will remember that All-Black is the same sword that Gorr the God-Butcher later used to kill countless gods across the universe
