His "ad" provided three separate quotes from his wife's businesses to ensure that the first vice president's contract would be awarded to one of them.
His wife's businesses would then provide the goods and services to PUB.
In 2006, his ad also began using fictional quotes and deceiving PUBs into believing that they had been obtained from independent sources in the open market, while they did not. were not.
PDP Chong said that his ad then used his ill-gotten gains to pay for items such as a car and the repayment of a mortgage loan from the Housing Authority.
The PDP also stated that more than $ 460,000 had been seized at Sa & ad ad and that this amount would be returned to the PUB.

PDP Chong urged Judge Tay to sentence his "ad" to four years and six months' imprisonment, noting that these offenses involved "extensive planning and planning".
The defense lawyer, Mohamed Muzammil Mohamed, pleaded for the court not to impose a long prison sentence and added: "There is no complaint from the PUB that a payment would have been made for spare parts and services … but would not have been provided or returned. "
His "ad" is now on bail of $ 80,000 and will indulge on December 11 in state courts to begin serving his sentence.
