A two-year-old boy survived the fall of the 11th floor of an apartment located on the board of directors of Block 182A Rivervale Creek Crescent in Sengkang.
The incident occurred Sunday morning.
According to the Chinese daily Lianhe Wanbao, the boy's diaper fell on a dryer on the fourth floor before falling on a grass field.
Police said they were informed of a case of falling from around 10 o'clock Sunday and that the boy had been taken to KK hospital for women and children.
The boy is in a stable state.
The New Paper understands that the boy's parents were asleep at the time of the incident.
Addressing the PNT, Dr. Lenny Wan stated that he was in his clinic, the Rivervale Crescent Medical Center, which sits at the foot of the block, when one of the residents entered on alert to prevent it from the incident.
When he arrived, the boy was crying in pain.
He said: "The boy's left arm was broken at an uncomfortable angle and there was also an open wound on his left arm – I think he may have landed on the left side.
"I waited for the arrival of the paramedics, who bandaged and stabilized the arm before placing it on the stretcher."
One resident, who did not want to be named, told TNP that he was with his friend when he had heard the commotion.

He said: "I saw a lot of people gathered there and he was in a neck brace lying on the stretcher."
Wanbao reported that blood was flowing from the boy's nose and that his diaper had been torn in half and that cotton had spread on the grass.
Residents told TNP that the boy was the only child of a couple who had just moved in a few months ago. His parents are in their twenties.
The boy's mother told the Shin Min Daily News that the incident had occurred because the window was not locked. She did not want to comment further.
TNP understands that the police went from door to door, from the second to the 18th floor, to search for the boy's parents.
When they hit the boy's unit, no one answered while the parents were sleeping.
According to Wanbao, the boy's mother was already awake and saw the boy playing before going back to sleep.
When she woke up again, the house was silent and the boy was nowhere to be found.
She then noticed a concussion below and went down to check before discovering that the boy was his son.
The boy is suspected of having climbed onto a stool that he uses to brush his teeth before falling out the window.
