Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors goalie, is getting closer to the competition after training on Monday.

Curry is about to return from the tension at the left groove that has ruled him out of the last 10 games, and he could be vying to play against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday.

On Monday, Curry played with the film crew and Assistant Warrior Coach Willie Green.

"All in all, it's a successful adventure," said Warrior coach Kerr. "He's just trying to regain his pace and fitness, but he's fine."

Kerr said earlier this week that Curry would play at one point during a five-game road trip that starts in Toronto, adding that he wished to have Curry a few days before training.

In 12 games this season, Curry averaged 29.5 points, 6.1 assists and 5.0 rebounds per game, while shooting 51.5 percent.

Aged 30, he was the most valuable player in the NBA in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons. He has led the Warriors to three league championships over the past four seasons.
