The only rumor circulating at the date of publication comes from the trusted firm Roland Quandt, which, in June 2018, had announced the launch of a mid-range Pixel device during the first half of 2019.

It's not very specific, but it's a window that makes sense. We are almost at the end of 2018 without any immediate sign of the Pixel 3 Lite, but it is also unlikely that Google will launch too late in 2019, otherwise it could conflict with the Pixel 4 range. Of course, it is still possible that the Pixel 4 Lite can land next to these phones.
