Judge Tham called for a report to assess Firdaus's ability to undergo reform training.
Offenders sentenced to this sentence must spend between 18 months and three years in a rehab training center. They must also follow a strict diet that includes exercises with feet and tips.
The judge also requested a progress report on the probation and the case was sent back to December 4th.
Firdaus can be sentenced to one year's imprisonment and a fine of up to $ 5,000. In case of a riot, he can be imprisoned for up to seven years and beaten.
