Bayern's current boss, Niko Kovac, is under enormous pressure after overseeing the club's worst start to the season since the 1994/95 campaign.
The defending German champions are currently languishing in fifth place in the Bundesliga and leading league leaders Borussia Dortmund to nine points.
It was reported that the Bayern hierarchy was worried about the team's bad start to the season and was planning to remove Kovac from his position.
Wenger's name would have been mentioned in discussions between Bayern leaders, who saw Kovac's men give the league a 3-1 lead last week-end.
But according to Salihamidzic, no such discussion took place and the club was not in contact with Wenger's representatives.
"No," said the former Bayern midfielder when asked if the club had been in contact with Wenger. "100 percent, no."
He added: "We have not (contacted any coach).
"We have not thought about the possibility of engaging another coach."
Wenger, 67, has been unemployed since the end of his 22-year reign at Arsenal in May.
The gunners legend has rejected a multitude of offers during his sabbatical, including that of Fulham, a Premier League wrestler.
Although he has rejected several clubs, Frenchman Wenger is keen to return to management and is supposed to aim for the management of Bayern.
Bayern returned to victory last night in its penultimate group match of the Champions League, which allowed them to demolish the Portuguese giant Benfica 5-1.
This result may have saved Kovac a little more time, but the club still plans to hold "crisis talks" in the coming days.
"The game spoke for itself," said Bayern President Uli Hoeness.
"We said we would talk after the match and that the conversation would certainly be very nice."
Bayern will try to consolidate the win on Tuesday afternoon when he will visit the Weserstadion to face Werder Bremen.
