Five restaurants received their first Michelin star last night, at the launch of Singapore's 2018 Michelin Guide.
They are the modern Australian Burnt Ends BBQ restaurant at Teck Lim Road; Jiang-Nan Chun, who serves Cantonese cuisine and Southern China at the Four Seasons Hotel; French cuisine restaurant Ma Cuisine at Craig Road; Nurtured on Amoy Street, which serves what he calls the Crossroads Kitchen; and Kimura Sushi at the Renaissance Palace
