Samsung Galaxy S10 users were hit hard after the announcement of disappointing news about the latest flagship product of the South Korean technology giant.
The Galaxy S10 is one of the most prominent flagship releases from 2019 to date. Samsung launched the device in March.

There are many reasons to own an S10, with a remarkable design, a superb triple rear camera on the S10 + and an impressive battery life.
But S10 fans have received disappointing news in a recently published study.
As reported in a Cnet article, a study says that the Galaxy S10 has seen its recovery value depreciate by 50% in 30 days.

According to the BankMyCell report, this makes the S10 "one of the fastest shocks combined since 2017".
Research by BankMyCell, based in the US, says: "On a percentage-of-depreciation basis, the Galaxy S10 range has lost more in the first month. [than] the iPhone XS / XR range has in nine months. "
The report states that the 128GB S10e is the version that saw its value drop the most in 30 days.
BankMyCell said the recovery value of this device has gone from 750 USD to 350 USD in the space of 30 days.

While the Galaxy S10 + 1TB has seen its recovery value rise from $ 1,600 to only $ 750.
Compared to British owners of the S10, Music Magpie also gives older Apple devices a higher value than Samsung's latest flagship product.
Music Magpie at the time of writing offers £ 470 for those looking to sell a unlocked model Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128GB in good comparison.

These prices depend on both the unlocking and the good condition of the phones.
Still, those looking to keep their Galaxy S10 under control until their next update have a great smartphone that has something to enjoy.

"If you buy the S10 or the S10 +, you'll love it, but with all the competition from smartphones, it's a tough choice to make."
