Fans on Reddit have the idea that the patient seeking confidentiality is Catherine herself.
In the trailer, Catherine is seen telling Meredith that she is "one of the finest surgeons".
However, she then confesses that she is not the only reason why she was flown out to LA.
The camera then cuts to Meredith saying: "65-year-old female, complains of neck and back bread."
Could Catherine be the patient?
