Nutrition scientists have come up with a new way to measure food portions using your hands, thumbs and fists rather than scales.
The new guide to the British Nutrition Foundation was created after studying the portion size in the world and what is available in UK supermarkets.
It's thought that better portion control could help people be healthier, thus relieving the NHS. It could also save customers money and it would be better for the environment because less food would be wasted.
